Caident is a team of fire protection engineers, NICET designers, software developers, and AI specialists building modern software for every stage of fire sprinkler design.

Our story

From a proof of concept to a platform.

The Caident journey began in 2023, when a team of software and AI experts started meeting with fire sprinkler design firms to explore how automation could transform daily operations.

Our first project was ambitious: using AI to place sprinklers automatically while meeting code requirements, aesthetics, and constructability. That early proof of concept showed what was possible. It also revealed something bigger. Across the design process, entire stages were ready for automation.
